I, the personal data subject, by filling in a form on avroraai.com, freely, of my own will and in my own interest give my consent to the Operator — Zenin Maksim Ruslanovich, Taxpayer ID (INN) 231104652938, email hello@avroraai.com (the "Operator") — to process my personal data on the terms below.
1.Personal data covered
Name; email address; phone number or another contact channel (messenger); company name and industry (if voluntarily provided); information I voluntarily provide in the comment/request fields, as well as the text of messages I voluntarily enter into the site's chat assistant. For the conclusion and performance of a contract, additionally: date (year, month, day) of birth; registration address; taxpayer ID (INN); SNILS; identity document details; bank details; position.
2.Purposes of processing
Reviewing and handling my request; contacting me to clarify details and provide a consultation; conclusion and performance of civil-law contracts (provision of services); replying to my enquiry. Processing for promotional mailings takes place only with my separate consent — a separate checkbox in the form (Part 1, Art. 18 of Federal Law No. 38-FZ of 13.03.2006 "On Advertising"); such consent is not a condition for handling my request and may be withdrawn at any time.
3.Actions and methods of processing
Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (only in cases provided for by law), blocking, deletion, destruction — with and without automation tools.

This consent (Art. 6 and Art. 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data").
5.Storage and localisation
Personal data from the site forms is delivered to the Yandex 360 mail service and stored on its servers in the Russian Federation (Law 152-FZ); the site's web server only receives and immediately forwards the content of requests and does not store it (the server keeps only standard technical security logs — for attack protection and fault diagnostics — which are not used to identify visitors). The data is kept for as long as required to achieve the purposes of processing, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
6.Disclosure to third parties
The Operator does not disclose personal data to third parties except in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation or with my separate consent. I have been informed that the chat assistant processes messages by automated services (including third-party AI technology providers) solely to generate a reply, that no personal data is requested in the chat and that I should not enter passwords, payment, passport or other personal data into it, and that messages are passed without any data identifying me. My personal data submitted via the site forms is processed and stored within the Russian Federation; the Operator does not carry out cross-border transfer of my personal data.
7.Duration and withdrawal of consent
This consent remains in force until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn. I may withdraw my consent at any time (Part 2, Art. 9 of Law 152-FZ) by writing to hello@avroraai.com. Upon receiving the withdrawal, the Operator stops the processing and destroys the data within thirty days (Part 5, Art. 21 of Law 152-FZ), unless the law provides otherwise.
8.Data subject rights
I may obtain information about the processing of my data (Art. 14 of Law 152-FZ) and demand that it be corrected, blocked or destroyed (Art. 20, 21 of Law 152-FZ) by writing to hello@avroraai.com, and I may complain about the Operator's actions to Roskomnadzor or to a court (Art. 17 of Law 152-FZ).
9.Confirmation
I confirm that I am at least 18 years old, that the data I provide is accurate and relates to me personally, and that I have read the Operator's Privacy Policy.
Ticking the consent checkbox and submitting the form constitute consent given in electronic form; the date and time of consent are recorded automatically. I am aware that the Operator does not make decisions producing legal consequences based solely on automated processing of my data (Art. 16 of Law 152-FZ).
